Tickets & Refunds

A ticket grants access to the specific event listed on the relevant product or ticket page.

Unless stated otherwise, tickets are digital and event-specific. After purchase, confirmation is provided through the payment or follow-up flow of the platform.

If an event is cancelled or definitively does not take place, an appropriate solution will be offered, such as rescheduling or a refund.

If an event takes place as announced, tickets are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
